500ml bottle from stall at Saltburn 2016 Food Festival. Pours a slightly hazy yellow colour with a short-lived white foam head. Nose of fruity apple, mellow, some citric tartness, hay and funk. The taste is dry & tart apple, acidic with fruit, melon, citric notes, and some slight straw & barnyard. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart lightly tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
