500ml bottle from stall at Saltburn UK Food Festival, 2017. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold colour with a fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away. Aroma of ginger and tangy apple. Taste is mouth puckering sour, apple, ginger and lemon drops. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry lemony finish. Quite OK, very sour but in a good way.
