Quite OK rose flavoured cider. Pale yellow gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, fragrant rose, sulphur hint. Taste is slighty tart, tangy apple, apple core, sweetish with floral perfumy rose notes and some light tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry finish. 500ml bottle from Saltburn Food Festival 2017.
