The Passion

wow, that is some tart cider. nice for a small treat but don't think I can handle a whole pint.

Tart and delicious with a nice subtle flavors in the finish (like vanilla and coconut).

This is the tartest (tartiest?) cider I've ever had. To my palette it's a 3 part experience; first I get the fruit, second a tart/sour emergence, then third, like a delirious tastebud finale, I get both elements together in one big flavour bang at the swallow. Seriously, it's that unique. Can't see it going with food though, as it may be too strong a flavour to complement others. But après meal or on its own, tres yummers.

Passion, as in passionfruit. Very unique, in a good way.
