It's not for me. Dry with a woody finish. It's well made, you would expect from this great little cider manufacturer. It has depth, stong fruit flavour and quite a little kick. Even the dry/woody finish is well balanced. It's just too dry for my sweet tooth.

Light copper colour, with an aroma of damp wood. Crisp, dry fruit, becoming astringent, with tobacco and mineral tones. A littldbtoo dry to be sessionable, but this would go well with a tasty Lancashire, or a fruity goat's cheese.

Light amber colour, clear and still. A slightly odd woody aroma. Flavour has minerals and dried fruit.
