It's a beautiful, well rounded rich cider. It's just on the right side of sweet and has very slightly dry finish. It has a great fruit flavour. You can taste those Dorset apples. I could drink it all night long... which at 6% would be mean a short night. Very tasty stuff.

Rich copper colour, with an aroma of aged wood, a touch of smoke, and a marshy funk. Plummy fruit flavour, with a little lemon peel in the aftertaste and finish. Very pleasant flavour, and quite sessionable. This had disappeared before I realised it. There were a few delays in this getting to me (not down to Eebria or Cranborne Chase), but well worth the wait!

Deep amber colour, clear with light fizz. Aroma of apple, smoke and wood. Strong fruity flavour with a smokey aftertaste. Rich, smooth with a pleasant mouthfeel.
