Thunderbolt

Medium bodied and smooth. Moderate to strong apple flavor that is lightly tart and bitter with a good bit of wild pasture/horse blanket and oak taste.

The pour is a clear pale yellow with light effervescence. The aroma is phenolic and farmhouse. The flavor is dry tart and slightly sour. The mouthfeel is light with some body from the carbonation. The finish is long and slightly bitter and acidic with good astringency. It has a nice phenolic end. Good farmhouse even with the golden color.
