The pour is a clear light amber with high carbonation. The aroma is bittersweet apple. The taste is a tart and bitter farmhouse (not much apple). The mouthfeel is medium with a lot of carbonation. The finish is long acidic and a phenolic. I prefer there bittersharp cider over this one.
