The pour is a mostly clear garnet red with light effervescence. The aroma is slightly sour and elderberry. The taste is a semi dry tart elderberry. The mouthfeel is medium body and acidic with a fair amount of astringency. The finish is long and astringent that ends on elderberry. It’s a very good elderberry adjunct cider.
