Mid-amber in colour, with an apple brandy aroma. Fresh, buttery, and fruity. The buttery mouth-feel lingers. Well-made, and makes the most of the qualities of the Yarlington Mill apples. Really enjoyable.

Copper coloured, slightly sparkling and mine is clear. Fruit and wood aroma. A whack of spice and subtle vanilla in the flavour.
