Label states:- Deciderly Good To bring you a taste of Apple County, this lightly sparkling medium cider is made using 100% freshly pressed Dabinett juice. We grow traditional, bittersweet Dabinett cider apples in our family orchards on lush Monmouthshire hills. The distinguished fruity character of this variety is drawn out through our slow, cold fermentation process. Winemakers yeast is added to fresh juice in the autumn and the cider given over 6 months to naturally develop and mature. The resulting cider has a hint of spice and a long clean finish.
