Clear light golden colored pour with heavy carbonation. Moderate to strong fruity aroma that has some apple and Chardonnay grape elements. Thin bodied. Taste has a strong mineral quality with flavors of white grape (dominate), juicy apple, earth, and white wine. Dry with a strong acidity.
