Clear dark gold/honey colored pour. Almost still…very light carbonation. Moderate to strong nose of wild apple, apple skin and tannin. Taste is bold and strong with a light to moderate bitterness, moderate acidity and light tartness. Strong tannins. Can taste earth, mineral and light tea flavors. Bone dry. Medium bodied.
