Unfiltered, quite dry, with a little funk and the woodsy taste of foraged apples. ABV 7.6%. Good amount of carbonation and lots of foam on initial pour.

Moderately cloudy orange hued pour. Moderate to strong carbonation. Strong wild apple aroma. Sharp and crisp apple taste backed but a hint of bitter citrus rind. Good bit of earth and some funk. Moderately to strong tartness. Bold acidity. Medium bodied.
