Cloudy pale straw colored pour. Light to moderate carbonation. Strong aroma of ginger. Flavor is really nice with a strong ginger flavor that follows the nose without being overly spicy backed by a nice undercurrent of wild apple. Mild tannins. Light to moderate tartness. Dry.
