Amber coloured, moderate carbonation and clear. Aroma of pear and caramel. Flavour has honey & vanilla and finishes with oak. Difficult to put down!

2010 vintage. Beautiful deep amber color. Aromas of sweet pear and caramel. Up front is light carbonation and a wave of full bodied musty pear and mild sweetness. Low acidity throughout, finishes with excellent soft tannins, candied pear lingers on the palate. Amazing cider, Bordelet never disappoints.

750ml bottle, 2012 vintage. Clear golden colour, white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, caramel, light barnyard. Flavour is sweetish fruity apple, caramel, honey, woody oak, vanilla, tangy with dry tannins, earthy and light barnyard notes. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine spritzy carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely balanced and very drinkable.
