Poire Granit

750ml bottle. 2013 vintage. Clear pale yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of sweet pear, fruity, wood, vanilla. Flavour is sweet fleshy pear, sour tangy, with dry tannin plus apple, woody and vanilla notes. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, with fine spritzy carbonation and a drying sour tannic crisp finish. Refreshing, very drinkable

Golden colour, moderate heavy fizz and clear. Aroma is fruity with wood. Flavour has wood with a hint of vanilla. A little tangy with a sweet finish.
