Clear light gold pour with heavy carbonation. Light bodied. Moderate aroma of pears with a hint of wild orchard. Taste is lightly tart and highly acidic with a good pear flavor and hint of funk. Light tannins. Semi-dry.

Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle. Pale golden, with an aroma of fragrant pear, and a touch of almond. Pear and vanilla flavour, with some skin in the aftertaste, and a light citrus peel finish. Lovely rich flavour, and not over-gassed, makes this an enjoyable and refreshing drink. The alcohol content has increased to 4.5% from the 3.5% of earlier releases.

Tastes like a sweet pear in a bottle. From the nose to the tongue you get delicious pear everywhere. Super smooth initial drink and slight bitterness at the end. Very refreshing cider to bring in spring with!

Very smooth, mild perry. As is common with French cidres and poires, sweeter ones like this are fairly low alcohol, 3.5% in this case. Makes it easy to drink and not feel impaired!

Golden colour, clear with heavy carbonation. The alcohol percentage in mine has increased to 5% from the previous reviews. Strong pear aroma which also brings champagne to mind. Flavour has pear drops and vanilla. This is rich and seductive, the flavour and aroma are five stars but I find it a little too gassy.
