The pour is cloudy pale yellow with light effervescence. The aroma is sweet apple. The taste is sweet apple and tart. The finish is medium and acidic. Not much tannins or astringency but it does have decent mouthfeel. It’s ultimately too sweet and not very complex. If you like sweet with a tart finish you’ll enjoy it.
