Original Dry

A solid, reliable cider when you need it.

The original & one of the best, this is the staple cider in most British pubs & it's the cider to go to if in any doubt. A dry bitter sweet taste that can be quite acidic, but it's a decent classic cider that deserves all of my 4 stars, you really can't go wrong with a pint of Strongbow Original.

Subtle taste; dry.

My favorite go-to cider. Unfortunately, it’s not as popular and as easily accessible in US establishments as the Golden Apple which is much too sweet if you prefer drier ciders. Sad that I am only ever able to find it in cans now. I preferred the bottled taste.

A bit too acidic for my liking but not a bad cider. Refreshing with some ice on a hot day!

The pour clear gold with medium to high effervescence. The aroma is apple. The taste is a dry tart apple. The finish short and acidic. It has a light mouthfeel mostly from the carbonation. There is a touch of astringency or but no real bitterness.
