From the back label-“ after a tank fermentation in the cold Cornish winter, this cider undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle to impart deeper flavor and a natural fizz ! after three months of aging on lees we riddle and discorg the yeast, leaving a refined cider that’s delicately, sweet and well balanced.
