Charred Ordinary

Made from heirloom variety apples, dry and sharp. Light yellow pour, medium flavor. Slight hint of lemon in the flavor. Distinct tartness gives a juiciness.

Slightly cloudy almost peach colored pour (a little gold, a little pink, a little orange). Aroma has hints of citrus, light wood, pear and tart apple. Taste has a salty edge. Dry with a light puckering flavor. Beyond the salt flavor the taste follows the nose with flavors of wood, apple, pear, earth and a hint of lemon.
