Chenango Strawberry

Clear pale colored pour. Moderate to heavy carbonation with some lingering bubbles rising up from the bottom of the glass. Strong strawberry aroma with a hint of apple. Moderate to strong fruit taste that is semi-dry. Very nice strawberry flavor that persists throughout the taste and into a nice lingering fruity after taste. Also get flavors of apple skin and a hint of vanilla. Very interesting in that the strawberry aroma and flavor comes from the apples and not fruit or sugar.
