I haven't tasted many of their ciders, but there is a discernible "terroir" from the cider house. Very interesting cider house! From the cidery- "Yakima, WA - Harrison was one of America’s oldest cider apples and here prior to the founding of the country. It was thought to be lost but a tree was found in 1976 in NJ and brought back from extinction. The cider is bright and refreshing, the perfect warm weather drink. The finish is citrusy, reminiscent of orange peel and coriander. "

Clear light gold pour. Moderate to high carbonation. Moderate apple aroma with a hint of orchard. Taste is fairly tart and has a light bitterness with a nice crisp apple flavor backed by pear, tart citrus and light funk and spice.
