Corked like a champagne bottle, this clear, pale cider is full of tiny bubbles. Just on the sweet side of semi-dry. Very clean taste. Esopus Spitzenberg is a variety of heirloom apple. Grown at Monticello, it is said to have been one of Thomas Jefferson’s favorites. The apples for this cider were grown at Ela Family Farms, Hotchkiss, CO.

Clear straw colored pour. Heavy carbonation. Light to moderate apple aroma with a hint of spices. Moderate to strong apple taste that is moderately tart with smooth flavors of sweet and juicy melon and vanilla. Thin body. Semi-dry.
