Cider Revolution

The pour is a slightly hazy pale yellow with light effervescence. The aroma is a sour vinegary smell. The taste is a dry tart sour and slightly bitter. The mouthfeel is medium. The finish is long sour and acidic. This is reminiscent of a Spanish Sidra and I’m still learning to enjoy those.

Comes in a 330 ml bottle, with heavy sediment. Made from Gloster apples and Alexander Lukas pears grown in Skane. Lime green, with an aroma of meadow grass, sawdust and yeast. Sharp, sour fruit, becoming woody, with pear skin, in the aftertaste, carrying yeast and light funk in the finish. Acidic and yeasty, this is a little challenging, but not unpleasant.

Light lime colour, moderate fizz and moderate heavy turbidity. Made from apples and pears. Aroma is earthy and has hay. Sharp and vinegary with some wood. The pear comes through in an astringent finish.

Moderately hazy pale colored pour with light carbonation. Slightly funky aroma. Taste is moderately fruity with a good balance between tart apple and pear flavors and a hint of citrus. Bold acidity.
