Slightly hazy pale colored pour. Moderate carbonation. Moderate to strong aroma with notes of apple and tannin. Bold acidity. Crisp, wild and funky apple flavor with a moderate tartness.

Comes in a 330 ml bottle, with heavy sediment. Made from Ingrid Marie & Gloster apple varieties, grown in Skane. Crisp, sharp fruit flavour, with strong yeast tones in the aftertaste. The yeastiness detracts from what would, otherwise, be a clean, refreshing cider.
