FWA Straight Outta Dalby

This is made from both apples and pears picked from an abandoned orchard in Skane, Sweden. Comes in a 750 ml bottle, with significant, light, feathery sediment. Cloudy, pale golden colour, with an aroma of ripe pear, and woody tones. Sharp fruit flavour, becoming dominated by the pear in the aftertaste, before green apple comes through in the finish. Very acidic, so a little challenging to the palate, and definitely not sessionable.
