Comes in a 750 ml bottle, with heavy sediment; a blend of juice from garden pear and apple trees in Gotland.
Hazy amber, with an aroma of cooked fruit and some straw.
Tangy fruit, with tones of both apple and pear and some plum, becoming sour and a little yeasty in the aftertaste.
Wild fermented, which, given the mix of fruit, leads to a complex range of flavours, though these are a little discordant. Depth and character, but not the most drinkable. Also, a little over-gassed.
