The pour is a clear slightly carbonated amber. The aromas is farmhouse or even some rubber. The yeast is a off-dry tart and phenolic apple. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate astringency. The finish is acid and slightly bitter with a barnyard and rubber lingering effect. It has a lot of funk and not the kind I enjoy.
