Rosé

The pour is a clear ruddy red with medium carbonation. The nose has hints of sulfur. The taste is a semi-sweet and slightly tart apple. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and mildly astringent. The finish is a slightly acid apple. The sulfur is only present in the nose. It doesn’t carry through to the finish, which makes it okay to drink but I prefer cleaner.
