The pour is a clear moderately carbonated amber. The aroma is honey and apple. The taste is a semi-dry/sweet slightly tart apple. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with moderate astringency. The finish is a slightly acidic and bitter apple with a honey note at the end. It is really good.
