Golden orange colour, clear and still. Made from seven apple varieties all detailed on the bottle with the major ones being HMJ (35%), Tremlett’s Bitter (17%) & Dabinett (16%). Sharp baked apple aroma. Fruity with wood and earth. A hint of strawberries and melon. Dry and astringent.
