Copper coloured and very cloudy. Keeved and made in the Normandy style the pour is highly effervescent but to drink the fizz is reasonably light. Earthy funky aroma. Flavours of straw and farmyard.

Comes in a 750 ml bottle. Copper-coloured, with an aroma of earthy funk. Straw and funk dominate the flavour, with a mineral quality to the finish. Quite gassy, but I still found this quite an enjoyable drink.
