Light amber in colour and clear with no haze. Comes in a 750ml champagne style bottle. Medium sweet because of the keeving and bottle conditioning and comes in at 4.5%. Very drinkable but I would prefer less carbonation but you can't produce it any other way.

Comes in a 750 ml champagne bottle, with light sediment. Hazy, pale copper, with a fragrant aroma of wood and straw. Fruity, with rose blossom, vanilla, and caramel tones, and light tannins in the aftertaste and finish. Well-balanced, with good complexity and depth. Good lunch or afternoon cider. Little too gassy for my tastes, but tolerable.
