Dark golden colour, light haziness and massive fizz. The pour on this is highly effervescent which is to be expected from this method. Aroma is of straw and wood. Flavour is woody, earthy and carries a little funk. Flavour is nice but is way too fizzy for me. Struggled to finish a 1/3 pint glass.
