A blend of the earliest pressings at Ham Hill, featuring varieties such as Morgan Sweet, Early Red Jersey, and Ellis Bitter. Hazy, light copper, with a pungent, apple candy aroma. Sweetish, acrid apple flavour, becoming more astringent in the aftertaste, with a little leather in the finish. Sharply refreshing, with character. Robust enough to stand up to strong or blue cheese.

Copper coloured and slightly hazy. Strong aroma but there’s a hint of ageing apples in it but with a little sweet note. Astringent in the taste and a sharp dry leathery finish.
