Long Barrel

Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle, with significant sediment in the bottle. The "Long Barrel" is an old oak cask at Ham Hill, used to produce this keeved cider. Cloudy orange, with a sweet oak aroma. Apple conserve flavour, with apricot tones, and faint oak in the aftertaste. A bit too gassy, but pleasant flavour, even if this lacks the complexity and character of most keeved ciders.

Orange colour, very cloudy and the fizz you’d expect from a keeved cider. Oak and light farmyard. aroma. Fruity flavour with dried fruit and oak and a little funk in the finish. Great aroma and nice flavour but I struggle with too much fizz.
