Oak Medium

Cloudy, bronze colour, with a toffee apple aroma. Initially a toffee apple taste, but becoming tannic and drier as the aftertaste develops, with, perhaps, a little citrus rind in the finish. Drinkable, with nice complexity, and I reckon it would hold up well against spicy foods.

Amber and slightly hazy. A strong oak flavour with a little funk coming through. Very smooth and easy drinking with a high tannic finish.
