Feels like home

An unfiltered cider with a cloudy light golden pour. There is some funk on the nose that doesn’t come through on the palate. There is a nice apple flavor to this semi-dry cider with light carbonation. I was not able to taste the rum or the oak notes.

Really yummy cider. Very crisp and a good balance between tartness and sweetness. Could drink all evening.

Described as “fermented on rum soaked oak chips,” but we couldn’t quite discern the oak. Pleasant as a quality cider on the somewhat sweeter side.

Interesting... Sweet with an acidic aftertaste. Maybe the oak or rum? Low carbonation. Wasn’t a huge fan.
