Firespice

This is a cider intended to be served warm, but can be drunk cold; naturally, I did both! There is significant, dark sediment in the bottle, so it should be poured with care. The aroma is warm and rich with ginger and cloves, evoking Xmas! The flavour is similarly dominated by these spices, but the apple is still hinted at in the background, and the spice is not overdone. Really well done, and a pleasure to drink warm or cold, but recommended slightly warmed. Another top quality cider from Kentish Pip!
