Made by Kentish Pip for Marks & Spencer, from a blend of cider and dessert apples. Rich amber colour, with a floral, grassy aroma. The flavour is floral too, reminding me somewhat of rose petals and peaches, flavours which linger on the palate, with a slight sourness in the aftertaste.
