Blend of Dabinett, Harry Masters Jersey, and Yarlington Mill cider apples. Amber-coloured, with an aroma of aged oak. Sharp fruit flavour, becoming gently tannic and woody. Fairly standard oak-aged cider, in the West Country style.

Amber, clear with slight fizz. Apple aroma with oak notes. Very woody in the flavour which lingers. Quite fruity, smooth with low tannic finish.
