It's fruity, it's dry, it's light with slight astringency. It doesn't bowl me over. I'd drink it again but this first press wouldn't be my first choice.

Golden colour, moderate fizz and clear. Apple pomace aroma. A bit of apple with a hint of funk. Not that dry & not that astringent. Finding it hard to say much about this.
