Medium still cider drunk from bag in box at Lincoln Beer Festival 2023. Interesting cider edging towards medium dry with a faint funkiness and slight astringency. Enjoyable cider.

Light golden colour, moderate fizz and clear. Made from Dabinett, Harry Masters Jersey & Yarlington Mill apples. Crisp apple aroma with a little woodiness and a hint of funk. Earthy flavour with dried fruit and a long finish.
