Hallet Real Cider - non-draught

Golden colour, clear with moderate light carbonation. Light wood aroma. Flavour has wood and a little smoke in the finish.

Creme Brûlée on the nose. Sweet, slightly tart. Little tannin. Meh.

Weaker than the draught variety, at only 5.0%, this came in a 330 ml can. The aroma is of apple sauce, and the flavour of apple candy, with a sharp tartness in the aftertaste. Pleasing, pale golden colour. Not entirely to my taste, but not unpleasant to drink.
