Bronze-coloured, with a sharp aroma of plum and raisin. Tangy taste of overripe pear, with tones of plum and apricot. Bitter, woody edge to the aftertaste. Enjoyable, distinctive perry, but the nature of the flavour means this is not sessionable for me.

Golden, clear with some good (too much fir me) fizz. Aroma of raisins or sultanas. Ripe pear flavour with woody aftertaste and a bitter finish.
