Aged in oak whisky casks.
Golden colour, with a fruity aroma, edged with oak.
Crisp fruity flavour, becoming drier and more tannic in the aftertaste, before a finish dominated by mellow whisky.
Complex and the initial flavour is pleasant, but the finish really didn't add anything to it, and struck a discordant note, reducing my rating considerably.
Obtained from Beer Hawk, Wetherby, Yorkshire.
