Bronze colour, ever so slightly hazy and light fizz. Single variety pet nat cider. Ripe apple, calvados and light citrus in the aroma. Rich, fruity and juicy. Woody and earthy.

Temple Kingston Black Cider is crafted entirely from the traditional bittersharp Kingston Black apple variety, known for its deep red-black skin and balanced tannin-acid taste. Very strong apple only aroma as you'd expect, but not the acidic sharp aftertaste that I was expecting, infact it's jolly pleasant. only a light fizz, but a proper old fashioned cider Highly recommended
