Light amber coloured, slightly hazy and still. Floral aroma along with light whiskey. Pleasant apple and whiskey flavour alongside the barrel influences of wood and vanilla. Dry and a little astringent and smoky in the finish

It's hard to describe this cider. It's got all the attributes of a cider that I don't like, dry, light of body, with a whisky finish and still but you can tell it's well made, with care and attention to the flavour. It's just not for me.
